LTA Ratings Tournament 2011 - Ladies Update
The LTA Ratings Tournament report, results and photos have been updated following the Ladies Finals on Saturday 13th August. The Finals Day of the 14th Ratings Tournament at Ealing was in three parts this year. On Sunday we started with the two tableau semi-finals in lovely weather. ELTC Juniors are Middlesex Champions
Congratulations are due to three of our junior teams who won their Divisions in the AEGON Team Tennis competition which finished recently. Full story here...
Annual Tournament Finals - 16 July 2011
As a result of the heavy but sporadic rain it was only possible to complete nine matches of the programme. Thanks to heroic efforts by the groundsmen in clearing puddles, three matches were played outside and the other six were played on the indoor courts, but the other matches had to be postponed or completed during the next few days... Special Awards
Several juniors received awards for their achievement in tennis this year, as well as their dedication in attending training sessions and entering tournaments. The cup for achievement this year went to Aleksandra Toplovic and Luka Petrovic – and the Mike Egan award was shared between Louise Adams Pirmpool, Yash Gupta, Nicolai Marin and Aleksandar Andic. Well done to all of them!
