Lawn Tennis Club
is a large, well-established tennis club offering a total of 15 grass, indoor and all-weather courts. A wide range of social and competitive tennis,
coaching and social
events can be enjoyed at the club. The club attracts a wide adult and junior membership drawn across West London and Middlesex.
The club is easily accessible by private and public transport. It has an ample members car park, it is a short walk from Ealing Common tube station (both District and Piccadilly Lines), and the frequent 207/607 bus route.

August Bank Holiday Tournament
This fun mixed doubles tournament will take place on Monday 25 August. The format will consist of pairs being arranged into groups and a round robin being played within each group, using a sliding handicap. There will then be play-offs to find the semi-finalists/winners depending on time. Partners can be found. To enter please print your name(s) on the entry form in the clubhouse or turn up on the day by 10.45 am. The draw will take place at 11.00am with play commencing at 12.00 noon.
Club Abseil Down Guys Hospital Tower Raises Over £3,000 for Muscular Dystrophy Campaign
Club members Louisa Bourchier, Nigel Gurkin, Matt Hooper and Vernon Wong all abseiled safely 500 feet down Guys Hospital Tower on Sunday 17th August. They raised a stunning £3,000+ for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. So well done to all four of them. There was plenty of club member support at the base of the tower and in the pub before and after the abseil!

DOME COURTS CLOSED 18TH - 24TH AUGUST
Dome Courts to be Cleaned, Re-Painted and Re-lit
As part of the club management's ongoing maintenance and refurbishment programme, our dome courts are to be industrially cleaned and repainted. Also following this the dome will be re-lit with all new light bulbs. We are sure these improvements will make playing in the dome a much more pleasurable experience.
Dome court surface cleaning will commence at 8:00 am Monday 18th August, and the dome will be closed until the cleaning has been completed. The dome will then re-open until 8:00am on Monday 1st September when the re-painting of the court surface will begin. When the paint is dry, the dome will be re-lit. During the painting/re-lighting programme the dome will be closed. We expect the dome to be re-opened on or before 8:00 am Monday 8th September.
