We have a number of regular coaches and hitting coaches offering group and individual coaching to adult and juniors available to our memebers at ELTC. All our coaches are LTA accredited with the relevant qualifications. To find our more information about or for the contact details for one of our coaches, just click their picture!
We also have a number of 'visiting coaches' who work with a small number of our junior players.

Adult & Junior Group Coaching
Gham has over 30 years of experience. He has coached players at development level and players desiring to reach a national level, including his son who played American University tennis and achieved an ATP ranking. Gham's coaching philosophy is to get the best from players to improve technically, tactically, physically and mentally whilst enjoying the game and having fun!

Head of Coaching Development
George is responsible for junior coaching and development at the club. George is one of the few coaches in the UK who is professionally qualified in sports coaching having attended Edinburgh and Brunel Universities. George has put in place a comprehensive competitive coaching programme catering for all ages and abilities and we take pride in being renowned for our record for producing more National and Regional players than any other club in the region. George is recognised as a Middlesex County Coach.

Junior Individual Coaching
Shola has experience in senior positions at clubs across Middlesex, and has worked in performance programmes, where he has helped develop players from mini tennis into national players and national players into international level.
Through challenging coaching and a positive performance environment, Shola believes in effort bringing reward (improvement) and endeavours to understand the specific needs of each player.
Shola works alongside George as a Middlesex county coach – captaining the Boys 14U and 16U team.

Various programmes under HC Tennis
Hiroko has been teaching tennis since 2004. She started playing tennis in Japan when she was six years old and later turned professional. As a WTA ranked player, Hiroko was also a member of the Japanese National team. Hiroko moved to the USA in order to study and, at the same time, coached at the University of Florida and gained her USPTR qualifications. Since moving to London, Hiroko has coached at Queens Club and more recently, has been an inspiration in promoting tennis among the Japanese community in West London. She welcomes players of all standards and promises a great tennis and social experience.
LTA level 2
Asa player, Akash represented Middlesex Tennis, reached a 1.2 LTA rating and has played on the British Tour and ITF Futures circuit, as well as finding the time to become Ealing Club Champion. He has been coaching for over 8 years, as well as serving as a hitting partner to current and past WTA/ATP ranked players. He’s fun, friendly and creates a positive atmosphere for players of all ages, from beginner to performance. His philosophy is to get the best out of every player and achieve their aims.
LTA Level 2, GPTCA (ATP) Level B, PTR (Adult Development)
Supporting Adult & Junior Group Coaching
Coaching experience with adults and juniors from grass roots to professional. Experience on the WTA Tour and with Grand Slam players. Played and coached at the highest level of college tennis in America. Gained an ATP ranking as a player.
LTA level 2
Mai is a club member herself, and won the Club Championships ladies doubles in 2019.
She is experienced in coaching adults and juniors from beginner to intermediate level. As a coach, she will support you, and help you to improve your technique and physique through regular sessions. She listens to your targets and concerns before a session and helps you to achieve your goals.

Assisting on the HC Tennis junior programme, Individual coaching
Multiple ELTC Ladies Club Champion.
Played on the winning Middlesex women's 35 and 40 teams in 2019.
Selected to play for Great Britain at the World Young Seniors Tennis Championships in Miami in October 2019.
Mili coaches on the HC Tennis junior programme and is available for individual coaching with ELTC members.
A coach with a high-level of playing experience and rich enthusiasm for helping others to learn the game.
